We will introduce warming movements, explore longer holds & finish by balancing the nervous system. Improve technique & body awareness, build strength, endurance, balance & mobility for everything else you chose to do. Leave feeling centered, grounded & ready to greet the day!
Nourish & revitalize yourself with a mid-day breath focused yoga practice. By cultivating your breath practice you will begin to experience the subtle & extremely powerful benefits breath work has to offer.
We will open up spaces in the body that help us receive the breath & explore various breath practices, so you can bring vital balancing energy to the places that need it most.
